Fausta Shuler is a principal in Hemming Morse’s San Mateo office. She has vast experience conducting financial investigations in a wide range of industries. With twenty years of experience in forensic accounting, she has worked on a variety of litigation matters concerning securities, due diligence, fraudulent conveyance and economic damages, focusing primarily on fraud investigations and embezzlement.
Fausta’s experience includes engagements involving institutions and enterprises in the areas of financial services, high-tech, health insurance, manufacturing, non-profit entities, government, construction, and retail services. Prior to joining Hemming Morse, she worked with a “Big Four” accounting firm as well as with other litigation-consulting firms. Fausta is fluent in Spanish.
