Mr. Regan discussed the FTX bankruptcy, relevant auditing standards &amp; procedures, internal controls, and the likely areas of inquiry as FTX moves through its bankruptcy and expected litigation. Other topics touched on by Mr. Regan and his co-presenters included fraud indicators present with FTX, as well as the nature of fraudsters and any similarities with FTX management.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Regan has been a CPA since 1970 and has been engaged in more than 750 complex litigation matters.
