Hemming Morse Principal Andy Mintzer visited this week with representatives of Accountancy Europe in Brussels, Belgium.  As the Chair of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Andy met with representatives of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants, Carla Vijian, Jens Poll and Sanjiv Chaudhary, to discuss issues of common interest across the accounting and auditing profession globally.
