Carsten Savage is a Senior Associate in the Burlingame office of the Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group at Hemming Morse. Carsten has applied econometrics, machine learning, and advanced analytics across 100+ high-stakes litigation engagements, advising attorneys, executives, and expert teams. He also develops software for internal use and clients and designs secure, governed data ingestion systems.
Carsten serves on Hemming’s Generative AI Task Force, Econometrics Task Force, and Tech Committee, establishing internal guidance on technology usage and data governance.
Prior to joining Hemming Morse, Carsten was an Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where he was engaged on more than twenty-five client engagements. At A&M, in addition to conducting research and creating financial models to support economic damages calculations, he led several data mining and analytics projects for the firm’s business development efforts.
Carsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College and a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
