David Breshears is a partner in the Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group at Hemming Morse. With more than twenty years of accounting experience, he has handled a wide variety of litigation issues, including wage-and-hour litigation, construction claims, contractual disputes, business valuations and fraud investigations.
With a primary focus on labor and employment litigation, David has performed consulting or expert witness services in over 350 matters. He routinely lectures on the subject of accounting for individual and class-wide employment related damages at local and regional employment conferences and seminars. David has also testified as an expert witness at deposition and trial in both State and Federal courts.
