Greg Regan serves as the partner-in-charge of Hemming Morse’s Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group.
Greg has testified in federal and state courts and arbitrations regarding various types of forensic analyses, including accounting investigations, economic damage analyses such as lost profit calculations, and shareholder disputes. He also regularly consults on data analysis associated with public disclosures, regulatory compliance and contractual obligations.
Greg has served in multiple leadership roles with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and in 2013 was appointed to the organization’s Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee. This 9-member committee establishes professional standards for practitioners performing consulting services that require the application of forensic or valuation-related methodologies. He is also an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University where he teaches forensic accounting to graduate students.
