Kathy Rosner-Galitz is a business valuation manager at Hemming Morse. She brings more than 30 years of in-house experience with regional, national and international financial institutions to her engagements. Performing financial analyses and industry and economic research as part of the business valuation process, Kathy regularly works with public, private and investor-backed corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining Hemming Morse, Kathy was a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager with Bank of the West’s National Banking Group. She was also an Alternate Group Manager with Comerica Bank’s Commercial Loan Group. In these roles she managed commercial/corporate loan teams and trained credit analysts.
Kathy is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and holds an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, Anderson School. She also holds a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
