Max Cranmer specializes in providing financial analysis, valuation, and forensic accounting services related to complex commercial disputes and business strategy. He has over 15 years of experience in economic consulting, strategy, and corporate finance. He holds a degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).
Mr. Cranmer consults for private clients, Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and law firms. He conducts analyses related to economic damages, business valuations, intellectual property, transfer pricing and tax, and financial investigations. Prior engagements span numerous industries, including financial services, technology, insurance, retail, construction, and life sciences.
Mr. Cranmer has provided sworn testimony before California state court and presented in JAMS mediation and other settlement proceedings. Before joining Hemming Morse, he was a director at a global economic consulting firm and a manager of strategic initiatives at one of the largest food and drug retailers in the US. He also regularly presents on finance and economic topics to groups of attorneys, in-house counsel, and forensic accountants.
