Perry Carter is an Associate in the Burlingame office of the Forensic and Financial Consulting firm Hemming Morse. His experience in litigation includes working on matters of economic damages, intellectual property damages, and labor disputes.

Before Arriving at Hemming Morse, Perry received a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics from Gonzaga University in 2022. There he was a part of Pi Mu Epsilon and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the U.S. honor societies for Mathematics and Economics.
