Sacha Zadmehran is a Principal in the San Francisco office of Hemming Morse, Forensic and Financial Consultants. Mr. Zadmehran is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Institute. Mr. Zadmehran is a CPA licensed in the State of California. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), of which he is a member. Mr. Zadmehran is also a member of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA).
Since joining Hemming Morse in 2005, Mr. Zadmehran has worked on numerous high profile cases in the areas of business and intellectual property valuation, fraud investigation, alter ego analysis, securities litigation, accountant’s professional liability and economic damages involving a wide range of industries. He also consults on transactions and potential litigations.
Mr. Zadmehran graduated from Stanford University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. He also holds a Masters in Journalism from the ESJ-Lille, situated in Lille, France. Mr. Zadmehran has previously testified at arbitration, in deposition and at trial.
From 2011 to 2017, Mr. Zadmehran was an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University, where he teaches forensic accounting to graduate students.
